WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack all my orders one day a week.

It’s just me running this thing right now, so thank you for your patience!.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped from the UK. After receiving your “shipped” status email, please allow 1-2 weeks if you are ordering from UK, 2-3 weeks if you are ordering from the Europe, or up to 2 months if you are ordering international depending where you live (though it does tend to be sooner — thank you for your patience :’)).

If you have waited longer than the above wait times and you believe your order is missing, please reach out via email and I’ll do my best to work this out!.

I DIDN’T GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please check your junk folder! Sometimes they get stuck there. If it’s still lost, you can email me and I will try to find it for you!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?

Unfortunately, not — please place your orders mindfully as I do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Thank you for understanding!

MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED / MISSING

If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. I do everything I can to pack all of my orders carefully, but unfortunately, once I ship off orders they are out of my control. (Original Artworks are covered by packaging insurance and this will be reflected in the P&P price)

If it has been longer than the shipping times listed above (see: “when will my order arrive?” question) and you believe your package is missing, you can reach out to me via email and we can try to sort something out. Missing packages usually make their way back to me.

WILL THERE BE FEES / TAXES ON MY PACKAGE?

Depending on where you are ordering to, you may have additional customs fees/taxes on your order that you will need to pay in order to receive it. Most international orders will make it through customs without additional fees (depending on the value of the order and what country you are in). Larger value eg. Original Artworks outside the UK are like to generate a fee

Any additional taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by my product costs/shipping fees. If you do not pay the fees, your order will be returned to me and you will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs.

If you are ordering from the EU, please note that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs depending on where you are ordering to.
