'Iris' Limited Edition Fine Art Print
Limited edition fine art print of my oil painting 'Iris'
A portrait of Iris the Rainbow Goddess. For a while, everybody said Iris was a virgin goddess, but she ended up marrying Zephyrus, the West Wind.
In addition to her colorful job as rainbow goddess, Iris was also a messenger of the gods. That means she spent most of her days winging down her multicolored bridge on her golden wings spreading the word of the gods. And because her rainbows spanned from the sea to the sky, she was able to fly back and forth, gathering seawater in a pitcher and refill the clouds with rain.
This high-quality museum giclee print is made using premium Hahnemühle Fine Art Natural Line Archival Paper®, 290gsm, and is printed with Epson’s UltraChrome HDX ten-colour pigment ink-set ensuring that it will last for years to come. Each giclee print also comes with a hand signed holographic certificate of authenticity that is linked to a matching hologram on the back of the print. The hologram has an individual code that verifies the work on the Hahnemuhle registry.
To maintain the exclusivity and value of this collection, each print will be produced in a limited run of 50, (Regular 30) with each piece individually numbered and signed by me.
